Bromsgrove District Council is looking to procure a hardware free footfall data monitoring system to provide information regarding footfall in Bromsgrove town centre and other pre-defined local centres within the district.  This data will enable the local authority to provide accurate, reliable and real-time insights into footfall to assess the performance and impact of projects that have been undertaken and to provide data for events without the need for physical sensors or hardware installations
