This research is required to explore the use and perceptions of OCS, including both voice-only and video calls, in an SME business context. We are specifically interested in businesses' use and perception of OCS in comparison to traditional fixed and mobile voice services, to understand the place and function of both OCS and traditional telecoms services in the voice calls markets. In light of the growing use of OCS, we want to understand how the perception and use of those services have changed among SME businesses, particularly any notable changes since the 2021 WVMR.
