The UOK East Sussex Wellbeing Service is being procured in five lots. The lots are based on the new Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams footprints, which align with the lower tier local authorities.  Organisations may bid to deliver one or multiple lots. Each lot will be assessed individually. The delivery of the UOK East Sussex Wellbeing Service will be a partnership involving the Lead Provider, the five principal subcontractors, and the grantee partner organisations. There will be close working relationships with other UOK East Sussex services listed above.

Pan-London Nursing Homes Any Qualified Provider (AQP)

The following five NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) in London - North Central London, North East London, North West London, South East London, and South West London - have opened the Pan-London Nursing Homes Any Qualified Provider (AQP) contract to new applicants. This contract covers the provision of nursing home services for adults in CQC-registered nursing homes and is applicable to providers with nursing homes in London or the surrounding area. Successful providers will be added to the pan-London AQP list. This AQP list is used by the ICBs as the primary route for commissioning NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) placements for adults, including fast-track CHC. The procurement will be undertaken under the Provider Selection Regime Direct Award Process B. Applications are now open from Monday 10 March 2025 on a rolling basis, with no deadline for applying, through the CarePulse eProcurement system https://london-nhaqp.carepulse.co.uk/. Nursing home providers that are already on the Pan-London Nursing Homes AQP contract do not need to apply. The contract does not guarantee any volume of activity or payment to the Provider. There is no minimum number of packages that the Provider can expect to receive through the contract. If you have any questions, please email [email protected]. SLC - Care at Home and Housing Services Procured Services Arrangement (PSA) Phase 5

South Lanarkshire Council is seeking to appoint Service Providers to a Procured Services Arrangement (PSA) for the provision of Care at Home and Housing Support Services commencing on 1st July 2024. The contract will be delivered to Supported Persons residing within South Lanarkshire and who are supported by the Council and South Lanarkshire Health and Social Care Partnership (SLHSCP). SLHSCP deliver adult social care services and all community health services for adults and children in the South Lanarkshire area. The services will support individuals to live in their own homes and to play an active part in their communities as much as they are able. The Self Directed Support (SDS) regulations offer Supported Persons a choice of provider to an extent not available through a Framework or a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) therefore the Council is utilising an innovative Procured Services Arrangement (PSA) under the Light Touch Rules contained in Regulation 74 - 76 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. The PSA will allow providers to be added over its 15 year term, this will facilitate the Supported Person's choice.
