Ernst & Young LLP have been appointed by Bloom Procurement Services Limited on behalf of Cabinet Office to -
Develop the data programme management plan to seed a self-perpetuating data led culture in the estates and property functions across departments.
Build a data maturity framework that will enable maturity initiatives to land at a progressive pace within each department using industry standard measures line Organisational Management
Maturity Model.

A key design principle of the operating model is the ability to implement solutions with a restricted level of direct intervention or resources from the centre into departmental efforts. Therefore, all outputs need to be designed keeping this principle in mind.

Difference Matters Programme Evaluation and Learning Partner

London's VRU are seeking to commission an Evaluation and Learning Partner for the Difference Matters (DM) programme. This evaluation aims to assess both the implementation and impact of the DM programme in fostering positive outcomes for pupils and schools. It will examine how the programme is delivered, its effectiveness, and its contribution to individual and organisational change. The evaluation will also promote cross-borough learning by identifying and sharing best practice, producing accessible resources, and supporting knowledge exchange to strengthen the programme's long-term impact and sustainability. The value of the contract is £150,000, duration of 24 months from the contract date; estimated commencement date June 2025. Peatland Restoration Standard and Technical Guidelines for England and Wales

Peatlands are the world’s largest terrestrial carbon store. When in good condition, these habitats store carbon, as well as providing other ecosystem services. But degraded peatlands are a source of carbon emissions, in the UK this is in the region of 15 MtCO2e each year (2022). Peatlands support a unique but threatened biodiversity, with only peatlands in good or recovering condition supporting the full range of typical peatland species. The restoration of peatland habitats is therefore critical for achieving net zero commitments in and for meeting statutory targets around biodiversity and habitat. This research project seeks to expand our evidence base when considering ‘what good looks like’ for peatland restoration projects. These findings will be used to test and develop a peatland restoration standard (what works, and what we should be aiming for in terms of restoration outcomes) alongside new technical guidelines for the sector
