This procurement is for Cleaning Services to be provided to Durants School which is based in Greater London made up of 2 sites.
This Further Competition is issued in relation to the YPO 000879 Building in Use Support Services, procured by YPO in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This Further Competition involved inviting tenders from all suppliers who were successfully awarded onto the relevant lot(s).
The Customer is looking to award a Call-Off Contract for the supply of Cleaning Services. The Call-Off Contract will cover the period from 01.05.2025 to 30.04.2028 with the option to extend for 2 year plus 1 year x 2 (extensions are subject to an annual review, incorporating KPI performance.)

For the provision of the Manston Road Environment Agency Compliance Works. The Contract entails the completion of works necessary to ensure Environment Agency compliance, and to ensure a facility at Manston Road Depot remains fit for purpose. Completed tender documents must be submitted electronically via the Kent Business Portal by no later than 12.00hrs on 26 September 2025.

Traffic Signals and Intelligent Transport Systems

This tender notice is for the award of a public contract through an open procedure in accordance with section 20(1) and (2)(a) of the PA 2023. The proposed contract will cover: - a) Maintenance of the existing traffic signals network and of intelligent transport equipment including but not limited to vehicle activated signs, variable message signs, car park guidance signs and rising bollards. b) Supply and installation of traffic signal equipment working with the Council's main works contractor or other principal contractors on larger scale or more complex schemes. c) Supply and installation of traffic signal equipment working as the main works contractor on smaller, less complex schemes that are predominantly traffic signals related with only relatively minor highway engineering works. d) Supply and installation of traffic signal equipment and intelligent transport equipment for scheduled upgrades and new sites. e) Maintenance of the Council's existing traffic signals communication network. f) All required traffic management and civil works for the above requirements.
