Description

Tender for the provision of a high quality Christmas lighting display for Pickering (YO18 8AA) including the installation of Town Council owned lights and the provision and installation of hired lights.  This will be a 3 year contract to include all associated work including storage of Town Council lights, checking electrical safety, dressing a supplied Christmas tree and dealing with faults or issues after installation.

They should also include for the inspecting and testing all existing lighting controls, any faults found shall be reported to the Contract Administrator. - The Inspection and Testing of all lighting circuits with results being provided to the Contract Administrator on Electrical Installation Condition Report Certificate. Christmas Festive Lights 2025 - 2027

West Bletchley Council (the "Council") is tendering in relation to its Christmas Festive Decorations for the parish of West Bletchley. This is a fixed budget tender. The total budget available for the three year contract is £69,000 excluding VAT (equivalent to £23,000 excluding VAT per annum). The contract will be reviewed after three years with the option to extend a further two years. Tenderers should provide the best possible solution for this price in line with the requirements listed in the service specification.
