Description

Halton Borough Council is looking to enter into a contract that will provide security services for a variety of Departments within the council and, potentially, other areas within the borough.\r
The contract calls for:-\r
•	Specific Guard Duties \r
•	Key holding\r
•	Alarm activation call outs\r
•	Static guarding\r
•	Mobile patrol guarding\r
•	Dog handler guarding\r
•	Open and close various premises\r
•	Games Attendant duties\r
•	Door man duties\r
•	Match day stewarding\r


Additional information: 
Please note: this contract is for 3 years. There is also a 12 month extension to be offered at the discretion of the Council. The estimated contract value is based on the extension option being given. If the extension is not offered then the estimated contract value could reduce to approx. 1500000. There is no guarantee regarding these figures and not all work is known at this time so the figures in this notice are purely estimates.

The Security Service contract is packaged as 7 separate Lots and will be required 365 days a year: Lot 1- Port and Harbour Lot 2 - Reception & security at cecil street Lot 3 - Opening/closing Royal Harbour Multi Storey Car Park, Ramsgate Lot 4 - Opening/closing Mill Lane Multi Storey Car Park, Margate Lot 5 - Key Holder for out of hours cover for Royal Harbour and Mill Lane Multi Storey Lot 6 - Seasonal + Ad Hoc security provision estimated Lot 7 - Winter Gardens vacant property security For Lots 1-6 the Contract/s are anticipated to commence upon 3 July 2025 for a duration of 3 Years, with one option to extend for 2 Years, at the sole discretion of the Council. For Lot 7 the Contract is anticipated to commence upon 3 July 2025 for a duration of 12 months with four options to extend for 12 months each, at the sole discretion of the Council. PRJ 4000 SEL ICB - Provision of GP Facilities Management Services (Hard and Soft FM) for the Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre for Dysart Surgery

NHS South East London (SEL) Integrated Care Board (ICB) and the Dysart Surgery (hereafter referred to as "the Authority") invites service providers to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) and completed Invitation to Tender (ITT) submissions from all suitable providers for the delivery of GP Facilities Management Services (Hard and Soft FM) for the Bromley Health and Wellbeing Centre for the Dysart Surgery in the Bromley Borough. Contract Length and value: The contract will have an initial term of 3 years, followed by an optional extension of 1 year plus 1 year, at the discretion of the commissioner. If all available extension is taken up in full the contract will have a maximum duration of 5 years. The indicative annual contract value for this service is £100,000 per annum. Over the 5 years, if contract is extended to its full duration, the total indicative maximum contract value will be £500,000.
