FLS is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of Planting Services across Scotland’s national forests and land. A Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is an electronic system established by a contracting authority to purchase commonly used goods, works or services in accordance with the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. ITT for Landscape Maintenance Services 2026-2031

The Council seeks tenders from an organisation capable of undertaking a 5-year landscape maintenance works contyract for 2026 to 2031 (beginning 01 April 26); with possible options to extend thereafter. The works generally compromise; - landscape maintenance, weed-killing, hedge cutting, and arboriculture works. The maintenance works are to be completed on land largely owned by Bradwell Parish Council (except planters) in the city of Milton Keynes.
