Description

This procurement process is for the Service and Maintenance of Fan Convectors and Air Curtains. This is a 3-year contract with the option to extend for 2 years then a further 2 years totalling 7 years if extension option is utilised. This will be from 2025 – 2028 for 3-year initial contract ending in 2032 if extension options are utilised.

High Chelmer Lifts Refurbishment Project

The Council is seeking Stage 1 tender responses from lift installation contractors with experience of installing lifts in a multi storey building that is open to the public. The processes involves a Regulated Below-Threshold Shortlisting Process based on Technical Requirements as permitted under the Procurement Act 2023, Part 6, Section 85 for Works contracts valued over £213,477. Submissions will be evaluated and shortlisted to invite final tender responses. The refurbishment works will comprise of the replacement of lift motor room equipment and refurbishment of the lift cars.
