YPO are looking for Providers to be appointed onto a Framework Agreement for the Supply Delivery and Installation of Furniture covering Residential, Care, Library and Learning Spaces, Fitted, Outdoor, Dining and Social Spaces and associated Products and Services. For use in the education and local authority sectors. This Framework is designed to meet the needs of YPO and Other Contracting Authorities by establishing an agreement in two ways as decided by customer requirements and preferences.\r
1 - Contractual Basis - Whereby the end customer will place the order with the Provider and the Provider delivers direct to the end customer.\r
2 - Direct basis - Whereby the end customer places the order with YPO and YPO places the order with the Provider, but the Provider delivers direct to the end customer.

This document describes how the Procurement will be conducted, including details of the associated Procurement timetable, award criteria and how to respond to this opportunity. Suppliers are strongly encouraged to read this document before preparing their submission. The initial term will be for 3 (three) years, with the option for 3(three) 1(one) year extensions. The contract will be based on minimum acceptable performance (map) being met by the tenderer as identified via key performance indicators. The total contract term will not exceed 6(six) years (3 + 1 + 1 + 1). The Contract is intending to commence on 1st April 2026 or as otherwise agreed between the parties.
