Description

We are looking for contractor interest in our grass cutting and grounds maintenance contract, which will run from 1st April 2025 to 31st March 2026.
Closing date is midnight, Monday 3rd March 2025. **PLEASE NOTE, due to incorrect and misleading information originally posted, the deadline for submission of tenders has been extended to midnight of Monday 3rd March 2025**
Ivybridge Town Council cuts selected roadside verges on behalf of Devon County Council.  The Town Council also owns and operates various open spaces, woodland, leisure and play facilities across the Parish.  The Council is looking for a contractor that can fulfil the service and works as outlined in the specification and location maps, for grass cutting of specified verges, and grass cutting and grounds maintenance of our parks and open spaces.
The contract is for a one year period, commencing 1st April 2025.

Cadw Grounds Maintenance

Tender Notice for Cadw's Grounds Maintenance Services ref C305/2024/2025. Cadw has a statutory duty to both maintain and conserve the monuments in its care and provide safe access to the public where possible. The conservation of the historic monuments themselves is undertaken by Cadw’s in-house heritage craft masons and joiners (Cadwraeth) and by contracting specialist historic conservation specialists where in-house specialists are unavailable. Grounds Maintenance is one of the services that Cadw must procure externally. Cadw will procure grounds maintenance (GM) services directly on a multi-region basis to cover all Wales, this to mirror the Cadwraeth regions already in operation. The regions will cover north east Wales, north west Wales, Ynys Mon, south east Wales, south central Wales and south west Wales (the exact boundaries can be found in the documentation noted above).
