Description

North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) is hosted by Leeds and York Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT) and provides collaborative and bespoke procurement solutions to the public sector. A wholly NHS owned organisation comprising of an expert team of procurement and commercial professionals from both the public and private sector, the Authority brings together a wealth of experience, understanding and knowledge.

NOE CPC re-opened it's framework agreement for the provision of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Educational Services, including Apprenticeships. The intention is that this framework agreement will provide a flexible vehicle to contract with providers for a range of services, which will reflect over time the needs of Participating Authorities.

CAFRE requires a Supplier to design, develop and deliver self-directed learning packages tailored for farmers across Northern Ireland as part of DAERA’s Farming for Sustainability Scheme (Knowledge 2025–2030). The learning packages will be prioritised by DAERA as part of the Sustainable Agriculture Programme or wider policy programme, with CAFRE responsible for overall planning for each package. The contract will be for an initial period of three years, with one option to extend by up to 2 years. West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) seeks experienced delivery partners to implement the South Midlands Connect to Work Programme in West Northamptonshire. It forms part of the UK Government’s Get Britain Working strategy to reduce economic inactivity and promote inclusive growth. The Connect to Work programme aims to support 1565 economically inactive residents in West Northamptonshire over the next five years by delivering personalised support, including employability training, confidence building, and workplace adjustment advice, increasing awareness and access to local job opportunities, identifying and addressing barriers to employment for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions, reducing economic inactivity and reliance on other services through sustained employment, promoting diversity and inclusion among local employers and working collaboratively with other South Midlands local authorities. This funding is allocated to the South Midlands Partnership region.
