Warrington Borough Council is keen to operate a Dynamic Purchasing System to meet its needs for specialist transport. This will include home to school, home to adult day centres etc. A range of vehicles will be required. This Dynamic Purchasing System will be used to procure specialist passenger transport services as required by Warrington Borough Council. These requirements may include, but are not limited to, transport for Home to School, Children with Special Education Needs and Children in Care.
