Description

The British Red Cross and their HIU Service will provide a city-wide service working with the local authority and partners to tailor delivery to best meet population needs. This may include the delivery of targeted initiatives by group of identity, interest or locality. They will work closely with Newcastle Treatment and Recovery, Specialist Drug and Alcohol Treatment Services (CNTW/NTaR) as well as recovery provision across the city to best meet the needs of service users

North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative, as the Authority on behalf of NHS Workforce Alliance are looking to establish a Framework Agreement for the Provision of Insourcing of Health Services for use by NHS organisations or their equivalent organisation in England, Wales (Healthcare Inspectorate Wales), Scotland (The Care Inspectorate) and Northern Ireland (Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority), and Central Government/Local Authority where applicable. Services are to be provided on trusts own premises, using trusts own equipment and facilities, typically utilising spare, out of hours, or spare capacity. This can be used in addition to the trusts existing provisions, with the intention to bolster service outputs and improve efficiency. These insourced services are typically provided by medical or clinical providers who can provide the specialist capabilities required to deliver an end-to-end service, including clinical governance and oversight. This Framework Agreement for 'healthcare Services' falls under The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 "PSR2023". This framework agreement and its operational features, including the re-opening of the framework agreement at intervals throughout the life of the framework, have been designed in line with The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, with requirements aligned to the Key Criteria as set out under Regulation 5. Drug and Alcohol Treatment for Adults 25 and over in East Sussex

East Sussex County Council (ESCC) are looking for a Strategic Partner to deliver a County Wide Service for the support of adults aged 25 and over (including the delivery of pharmacological and clinical interventions for those aged 18-25) who require support relating to the use of drugs and misuse of alcohol. ESCC wants to commission a service which gives those who use it a strong sense of being in control of their lives, reduces incidents of harm relating to drug and alcohol misuse, and which responds flexibly to changing legislation, needs, and preferences. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act 2023 do not apply to this award. Further information can be found in the procurement documents. The Publication date of next tender notice (estimated) is based on the contract being fully extended as explicitly allowed for. When the contract is due for renewal a Tender Notice will be published approximately six months prior to the contract expiry date. The Council has full discretion around the timing of this however.
