Description

Call of contract for Social Media Monitoring Tool - off-the-shelf" tool that can provide both social media CRM and engagement monitoring to enable us to effectively handle large volumes of queries received through our corporate social media accounts, and to track and evaluate the success of our proactive engagement activities on social media.  

This procurement was undertaken via Crown Commercial G Cloud 13 RM1557.13 -  Lot 2 Cloud Services

The Contract is awarded for an initial period of 24 months with an option to extend for up to 12 months.

Total awarded value is the maximum of all charges.
