Pre Construction Services - It is required to remodel and extend the existing lower Hawthorn House building, as per Entrusts' Feasibility Study Job No:5853, to provide a 15-bedroom residential facility for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. 
The design consideration for the external and internal layout of the 
property should be given to support the least restrictive model of care, non-institutionalised and be flexible and adaptable for any future changes i.e., supporting different client groups or relinquishing use entirely.

The service is required across all development management teams within the South Downs National Park, to include SDNPA planners in the recovered service areas (Adur and Worthing, Arun, Brighton and Hove, Horsham, Mid-Sussex, and Wealden) and also those planners working within the host authorities (Chichester, East Hampshire, Lewes and Eastbourne, and Winchester). Planning applications will range across the whole of the National Park.
