Description

A call-off from Lot B1 of the Place, Connectivity & Infrastructure Professional Services Framework 2022-2026 (Published 4 March 2022). 
Building on the work that has already been undertaken to review the modelling submitted in support of development proposals in Four Marks and Medstead, undertake the following: 
- Commission video surveys to be undertaken at specified locations
- Review and analyse the survey results, providing summary drawings and data sheets
- Develop VISSIM model of the A31 and its junctions (scope to be agreed with HCC) including 2024 base year and 2029 reference case 
- Model two scenarios of future development growth (as agreed with HCC) 
Analyse the results of the model and provide feedback including validation report.
