Description

The Council is seeking to contract with a single supplier that has the resources and expertise to supply install and maintain fencing for its housing stock, open spaces and property portfolio across the district. 

The contract period is 3 years and will commence on June 1st 2025 and end on 31st May  2028. There is an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years, in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business need

Modular accommodation delivery and assembly in Ghana

As part of the United Kingdom's collaboration with the Government of Ghana in tackling deforestation, the Ghana-UK Forest Governance Partnership is procuring accommodation for use by Ghana's Forestry Commission. This invitation to tender is for suppliers with the capability to deliver, construct and outfit twelve rigid off-grid modular accommodation units. These may be modular units, converted containers, prefabricated structures or similar. The priority is for rapid deployment and installation. Design and Build of Replacement Play Equipment and Additional Works, St Martin's Play Area, Cranbrook (East Devon)

Cranbrook Town Council owns and is responsible for the management and maintenance of the St Martin's play area in Cranbrook. The play area includes a neighbourhood as well as a local equipped area of play (NEAP and LEAP) and was originally installed in 2014. Sadly, some of the timber play equipment has reached the end of its life already and the Council has concerns regarding the original preparation of the underlying ground and the original installation of the safety surfacing which displays evidence of erosion below the surfacing. The St Martin's play area currently has the highest footfall among the Town Council's play areas and is attractive to families who attend the adjacent primary school, among other users. The Council's vision very much is to create a flagship play area which creates a "wow effect" for local residents and visitors. The Council is looking to appoint a preferred supplier for the goods and works as set out in the invitation to tender document.
