Description

Homes England required to appoint a Monitoring Surveying Firm (MS) from it's Development Monitoring and Management Services Framework 2021-2025 panel. The appointed MS is Ward Williams Associates. Their work will include providing initial due diligence and ongoing monitoring of the residential development works. All work will be instructed under the standard terms of Homes England's Development Monitoring and Management Services Framework 2021-2025 .

Fire Engineering and Inspections Framework

Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. A Fire Engineering and Inspections Framework is being established to support MTVH's building safety remediation programme. There are 2 Lots with scopes to provide Fire engineering, Design and Consultancy in Lot 1; and Inspections in Lot 2. The remediation programme comprises numerous blocks, and additional services may be required throughout the MTVH portfolio.
