Description

The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) seek to a establish a Framework Agreement with a Contractor for the supply and delivery of Method of Entry Equipment to ensure a continued supply of specified products. The PSNI are establishing the Framework Agreement on behalf of the participating bodies listed at Annex A of the Contract Specification. Please refer to the Contract Specification and Technical Specifications for further information on product supply. The Framework Agreement will operate in accordance with Regulation 33 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended).

Horniman CCTV Recording Platform replacement

The Horniman Museum & Gardens (HMG) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced organisations for the design, supply, installation and commissioning for the replacement of the existing CCTV recording platform. The HMG is currently extending its CCTV coverage and requires a CCTV recording platform that can accept cameras from multiple manufacturers. Hence the existing platform is to be replaced. The new CCTV recording platform is to accept, record and display the current HikVision Ethernet cameras, existing analogue cameras and new Ethernet cameras from different manufacturers. Active Fire Framework 2025

The scope of this Framework Agreement is for the provision of active fire products and services. The Framework will cover, but is not limited to: •Risk assessments; inspections; fire equipment testing; and portable appliances testing •Fire products including fire detectors; manual and automatic action products; and fire-retardant products •Servicing and maintenance; fire safety and remedial works; security and access systems; emergency lighting; fire damper and fire collar maintenance; and minor works and servicing. CWC25088 - Hostile Vehicle Management Solution

CWC must take necessary steps to protect the public during outdoor events and festivals that it and other organisations hold in and around the City from vehicle conflict. These types of gatherings carry inherent risk to the public and hold a high risk of a vehicle being used as a weapon in a terror attack. Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) equipment is essential to ensure CWC are able to meet current provisions of safe events as well as the introduction of CWC’s legal duty as a landowner under the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Bill 2025. To date HVM requirements have been rented for each event. With UK Shared Prosperity Fund funding CWC now have the opportunity to procure the provision of mobile HVM and a support service for a full year. This is a four-year contract, year one is as specified in the Scope and Detailed Requirements, years two, three and four WILL NOT include the one-off supply and delivery of the Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM).
