HS1 LIMITED (trading as London St. Pancras Highspeed) is seeking to invite suitable service providers (“Tenderers”) to participate in a tender exercise for the procurement of Legal Services (“the Services”). The call for competition is via this PQQ followed by an ITT (for qualifying Tenderers). The indicative timetable for the procurement is given in the attached pdf (see Table 1 on page 7). NUN - Legal Services Framework

The Council has a requirement to procure a legal services framework consisting of our (4 Lots, covering a range of legal services to act as an extension to the in-house legal team. The intention is to utilise and call-upon the legal firms appointed to the framework agreement at times when: - There is insufficient resource within the in-house team; - The project and/or requirement relates to a specialist and complex requirement, which is unique and would be best with a specialist legal firm with the resource to fulfil the requirement; and - Where the risk outweighs the potential cost of seeking the advice. For the avoidance of any doubt, the requirement excludes obtaining Counsel advice and representation of the Council in legal court/appeal or similar matters. Specific details of a matter / requirement, will be provided prior to confirmation and appointment via a call-off. This specification therefore sets out the general approach to the services, the expected outcomes to be achieved, the principles, response times and core scope of each lot. In conjunction with Solihull Community Housing, we have joined together to bring you a collaborative E-Tendering portal. Housing Loss Prevention Advice Service 2025

The Legal Aid Agency (LAA) is inviting Tenders to deliver HLPAS from 1 June 2025 under the 2024 Standard Civil Contract (“2024 Contract”) for the following HLPAS Areas: Kidderminster, Redditch, Worcester Slough Uxbridge Winchester In addition, the LAA is inviting Tenders to deliver HLPAS from 1 September 2025 under the 2024 Contract for the following HLPAS Areas: Barnsley Bury St Edmunds Grimsby Guildford Lancaster Wigan Wolverhampton It is a requirement that holders of a HLPAS Schedule hold a 2024 Contract which includes a specific authorisation to conduct Housing and Debt Contract Work (“2024 Housing and Debt Contract”) i.e. the delivery of legal aid advice on Housing & Debt matters that are not covered by HLPAS.
