The consultant is to consider and ensure that the following project outputs are met while producing the three design options: 
      o Cost Savings - data will be supplied on potential savings in rent, rates, energy, cleaning, maintenance etc on a room-by-room basis
      o Cost Savings - data will be supplied on potential savings in carbon, energy, on a room-by-room basis
      o Accessibility
      o Improve excess noise - Acoustic report and designer services will be supplied by the client
      o Average User numbers - the final design should be able to accommodate around 120 workstations

Design and build for the cultural and creative transformation works to the Passmore Edwards Building, Falmouth

The Council invites response to this Invitation to Tender (ITT) from suitably qualified suppliers ("Suppliers") for the provision of a professional services design team for design services to overhaul the Passmore Edwards Municipal Building as well as the build contractor. The appointed Supplier will act as the lead professional design team and build contractor for the works element for the major transformation of the Municipal Building. The Authority wishes to establish a contract for the provision of reactive surveys of domestic properties reported to be impacted by Damp, Mould, Condensation & Ventilation issues. The Authority requires a service provider to attend domestic and commercial properties to undertake Damp, Mould, Condensation and/or Ventilation Survey and provide a detailed report of the status and root cause of issues, along with recommended actions to eradicate, reinstate and preventative measures.
