To engage a consultancy firm to conduct an options appraisal and provide recommendations for 
selecting the most suitable location for new business headquarters and secondary "spoke" locations for 
the East Midlands Combined County Authority in both the medium and long-term. 
This will include working with the EMCCA organisation about the vision and possibilities for wider 
collaboration for a long-term solution.

School Minor Works Programme 2025 - Professional Services and Condition Survey

Lewisham is seeking a Consultant to conduct condition surveys of a number of schools in the Borough and to also provide professional services in the form of a surveyor led multi-disciplinary team to design and provide project management for the School Minor Works Programme 2026 to 2029. These works will have an estimated budget of £3 million The programme of works should cover priority capital repairs and replacement works to be carried out over the following four years: 2026,2027, 2028 and 2029.

Construction Advisory Services

The Lead Contracting Body wishes to establish a multi-Provider Framework Agreement for the provision of Construction Advisory Services for the period of 4 years which sets out the terms upon which Customers may make specific purchases (“call offs”) during the life of the framework. The Framework Agreement shall not be an exclusive arrangement between the parties and does not constitute a commitment on the part of any Customer to award any call offs.
