The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Building Materials and Associated Goods (2025) provides a range of supply of building materials and associated goods to support ENP Members/Licensees for the supply of goods to inhouse repair services and/or contractors delivering works on behalf of members, either on an Employer supplied or supply and fit basis.

Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Suppliers will be able to select particular regions that they operate in.

A DPS is a completely electronic process conducted in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015..

- Lot 3 - Supply and Distribution of Electrical Materials

- Lot 6 - Supply of Timber and Fencing
- Lot 7 - Supply of External Doors
- Lot 8 - Supply of Windows
- Lot 9 - Supply of Kitchens
- Lot 10 - Glazing Repairs and Replacements
- Lot 11 - Environmental Monitoring
