Ofcom has a requirement for the implementation and management of an outsourced Display Screen Equipment (DSE) and workstation assessment process that meets our obligations under Equality and Health & Safety legislation.
Scope of Work
The service provider shall conduct comprehensive DSE and workstation assessments for all Ofcom employees, including remote and hybrid workers.

The British Defence Staff United States (BDSUS), in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence (MOD) and the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO), is seeking a tailored Medical and Dental Healthcare Plan to offer comprehensive healthcare services to MOD and FCDO personnel including their eligible family members residing across all 50 States and the District of Columbia in the US. The healthcare plan must offer complete customizability, enabling the managing team to determine the eligibility and extent of medical and dental coverage for each individual included. The aim is to conduct a single procurement and award one contract for both BDSUS and FCDO. The Authority reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to separate the requirements and conduct individual procurements and/or award separate contracts. Lay Advocacy Services

The Fitness to Practise Directorate is responsible for considering complaints about doctors Physician Associates (PAs) and Anaesthesia Associations (AAs). Anyone can bring a complaint directly to the GMC, including organisations, registrants, patients and their families.(For the purposes of this document a user of the lay advocacy service will be referred to as an individual.) Although we encourage these complaints to be put in writing, there are times when that is not possible or they experience difficulties putting their complaint in writing. Where this is the case, we require an independent lay advocacy service to assist in taking the complaints verbally. The lay advocacy service will also assist and engage with individuals throughout the investigation process where required. The aims of the service are to: - support individuals with a range of communication needs who may experience difficulties accessing and participating in our fitness to practise processes; - improve the experience of individuals who would benefit from support advocacy to engage with the GMC; - support more effective and meaningful interactions with individuals who may be vulnerable or have additional communication needs; - Support the needs of individuals who may require additional communication support as an adjustment in line with the Equality Act 2010.

Brent Council is seeking tenders for the Provision of Care and Support Contracts at Six Extra Care Schemes for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend by a maximum of two (2) years on a one plus one basis (3+1+1). Providers must be able to meet the needs of a mixed group of residents from the community with a range of age groups from 55 years + and a range of needs including adults with physical needs, sensory, mental health (including Dementia) and learning disabilities as well as those with complex needs and behaviours that challenge. The core service is designed to meet unplanned and emergency care needs and night support. The flexi hours will be based on service user’s assessed needs and support hours will fluctuate as individuals’ needs change. Residents will be able to choose another care provider to deliver their assessed hours, or arrange their own care through a Direct Payment, but the successful provider will deliver the core hours in the service.
