Radius Housing Association invites tenders from those wishing to be appointed to provide land and subsequently the design and construction of social housing in the area of Ballyclare. Placement onto the Framework Agreement will be by way of a competitive tendering procedure, to assess all bidders who submitted tenders against the criteria outlined in the tender. It is anticipated that a maximum of 5 Developers will be appointed to the Framework, subject to an adequate number of satisfactory tenderers being received.

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide an Adaptations to a residential property in Hull - Erection of:- Rear flat roofed bed//wet room extension (5.75m long x 3.87m wide x 2.85m (high). The tender is an open procedure consisting of a one stage process. The contract is anticipated to commence 6th May 2025 ending by 21st July 2025. The Authority has estimated the value of the Works to be £72,000.00 overall. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
