Description

KBS Maritime are looking to engage a Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition (SCADA) specialist to develop and deploy a site-wide SCADA System at HMNB Portsmouth. The tenderer shall have a proven track record of delivering SCADA systems on large-scale, Critical National Infrastructure sites and have in-house expertise on cyber security, modern network architecture design, specification and manufacture of required hardware and provision to supply on-going maintenance support. The system shall be based upon IEC61850 protocols and be capable of supporting GOOSE messaging, Intelligent Fast Load Shedding, Automatic Network Reconfiguration and providing Power Management System functionality. The specialist shall also need to be familiar with the MOD Secure by Design principles.

Telephony and Communication Services Dynamic Purchasing System

The Authority is exercising its option to extend its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Telephony And Communication Services for an additional 12 months until 27 March 2026. The DPS comprises of two lots: Lot 1 - Telephony and Communication Services Lot 2 - Enterprise Bundled Services The DPS will remain open for new suppliers to apply to join. Current suppliers on the DPS do not need to re-apply and will remain on the DPS. Internet of Things

The Authority is further extending its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Internet of Things (IoT) for an additional 12 months until 19 September 2025. The DPS will remain open for new suppliers to apply to join. The Authority wishes to take this opportunity to refresh the supplier list to ensure current suppliers retain the minimum qualifying criteria, still have up-to-date contact details and still wish to remain as a supplier. Accordingly, suppliers that are currently on the DPS are required to refresh and resubmit their European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) in order to remain as a DPS supplier. There is no need to resubmit any case study evidence for current suppliers. Current suppliers are required to submit an updated ESPD within four weeks of this Contract Notice being issued. Failure to do so will result in current suppliers being removed from the DPS.
