Description

SCW works closely with several customers to deliver bespoke programmes of work across a number of areas relating to digital and data strategy. This includes, but is not exclusive to the following functions:
1.	Developing and implementing major multi-organisational digital and data strategies. 
2.	Improving digital and data integration and infrastructure.
3.	Providing diagnostic systems and data platforms.
4.	Providing full life-cycle expertise from digital and data programme business-case development and procurement through to implementation and optimisation.
5.	Supporting user-design and behaviour change.
6.	Delivering complex digital programmes.
7.	Providing specialist advice on supplier risk assurance frameworks

SCW has specific skills and expertise in these areas and works closely with NHSE and local systems in developing national strategies and supporting implementation at a regional and local level. 

SCW is looking for a strategic partner who can integrate with SCW staff as part of a blended team to support a number of these programmes.

Additional information: The contract has a 12 month optional extension period and therefore the contract termination date including the optional extension is 01.12.2026

For any extension(s) to the Contract, discussions with the Service Provider shall be conducted sufficiently far in advance of the Contract expiry date to arrive at an agreed position.
