Karibu Community Homes is seeking delivery partners to provide reliable and high-quality Estates Services across its housing stock. The contract will run for an initial five-year term, with an estimated annual value of c. £500,000. The opportunity is divided into two lots: Lot 1 – Grounds Maintenance: Provision of grounds maintenance services across Karibu’s schemes and sites, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and horticultural care in communal areas. Lot 2 – Communal Cleaning: Delivery of cleaning services in communal areas across Karibu’s properties, maintaining consistent hygiene and presentation standards. Bidders may tender for one or both lots. Each lot will be evaluated separately, and Karibu Community Homes may award one or both lots to the same bidder where this provides best value for money and operational efficiency. This procurement is being conducted under the Competitive Flexible Procedure. The current stage is the Conditions of Participation Stage (CoPS), which focuses on compliance and demonstrable capability. Shortlisted bidders will be invited to the Final Tender Stage (FTS), where full technical proposals and pricing will be assessed prior to contract award.

BADC-1426 Cleaning Contracts

Bassetlaw District Council are seeking suppliers who are able to carry out daily and weekly cleaning services to the 3 below buildings. Each building will be awarded separately under its own lot; suppliers can bid on one or more lots. An overview of the services is included in the below summaries. The Bridge Skills Hub: The building to be included in the cleaning contract is: The Bridge Skills Hub, Bridge Court, Bridge Place, Worksop, S80 1DT. This will include cleaning of classrooms, offices, meeting room, 2 suites, kitchens, shower areas, communal area and toilets. Retford Enterprise Centre: The building to be included in the cleaning contract is: 11 Randall Way, Retford, DN22 7GR This will include cleaning in two buildings, REC 1 and REC 2 over two floors in each building. The let offices are not included in this tender, but all communal areas are. There are 19 toilets, 5 kitchens and two large meeting rooms.  Middletons Yard: The building to be included in the cleaning contract is: 30 Potter Street, Worksop, S80 2FU. This will include cleaning of two buildings No 83 over two levels and No 87 over three levels and an annexed one-story area called Brewers Yard which includes 7 offices and a Cafe.  The let offices and Cafe are not included in the specification but the communal areas around them are.
