Homes England is seeking to appoint a multidisciplinary professional services team for the Homes England - Teville Gate site. The main objective of the appointment is to create a commercially viable and deliverable proposal for a mixed-use residential led regeneration scheme. The commission will be broken into the following stages of work:\r
• Stage 1 - Technical Due Diligence \r
• Stage 2 - Property Services\r
• Stage 3 - Capacity Planning & Testing \r
• Stage 4 - Viability testing \r
• Stage 5 - Preparation of disposals material (Note: to be priced separately within this return)\r

Fire Engineering and Inspections Framework

Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. A Fire Engineering and Inspections Framework is being established to support MTVH's building safety remediation programme. There are 2 Lots with scopes to provide Fire engineering, Design and Consultancy in Lot 1; and Inspections in Lot 2. The remediation programme comprises numerous blocks, and additional services may be required throughout the MTVH portfolio.
