Description

St Oswalds Gloucester development site - Lead as client-side project manager for the consultancy team including sub-consultants and any other consultants or professionals appointed to facilitate the submission of a valid planning application in July 2024. 
Phase 1: The production of a RIBA Stage 2 lite design pack along with any  associated surveys etc and advice on the points to be subject to a DoV and supporting RHG/ legal representatives with the negotiation and drafting of the DoV. 
Phase 2: Progressing RIBA stage 2 designs and associated reports etc to the submission of a valid planning application

Scottish Enterprise is commissioning a Framework Agreement to deliver its Workplace Innovation Leadership Development Programme. Our Workplace Innovation Leadership Development Programme supports the ongoing development of business leaders at all levels and stages of experience. Delivered under a framework agreement with multiple suppliers across the Scottish Enterprise area, the programme plays a key role in cultivating leadership capability and innovation within businesses. In such cases, a bidder may be awarded more than one lot. It is anticipated that the Framework will start on 6 April 2026 for a period of 24 months. After this period, Scottish Enterprise will have the option to extend the contract for a further 2 periods of 12 months each.
