North Northamptonshire Council (here after referred to as the 'The Council') is seeking tenders for roof repairs across 5 x Council properties, as part of a planned maintenance programme of works. The costs of the works will be funded from the Capital Stock Condition Programme. The properties are currently occupied and used as general office space, mainly used by Council staff from different departments. External companies and members of the public may also visit these buildings on occasion. All buildings have a staffed reception which will need to remain open during the works.
