Description

The Science Museum Group wishes to appoint a Supplier to provide professional services to the Museum during the design and construction of the Central Hall Building at the National Railway Museum, York. The Supplier is to assist the Museum with performing their role of Principal Designer as defined by the Building Regulations etc. (Amendment)(England) Regulations 2023, for the Central Hall Project. The project has reached the end of RIBA Stage 4 design, but it yet to start onsite and is now subject to the Building Safety Act 2022 and associated legislation referred to above.

The Science Museum Group ("SMG", the "Authority") is the world’s pre-eminent Museum devoted to the history of science, technology, industry and Medicine. The Authority is seeking an approved inspector to provide building control services to meet the requirements under the Building Act 1984 and current Building Regulations. Energy Efficiency Retrofit Installation Contractors and Consultants and associated services

Flagship Group is setting up a DPS for Retrofit Installation Contractors and Consultants and associated services. Mini competitions will be issued throughout the life of the DPS. All the bidders registered on the DPS who have passed the Selection Stage will be invited to participate in the mini-competitions. Access to the Selection Stage will be open throughout the life of the DPS. The DPS may be used for any of Flagship Group's subsidiary companies.

DPS for Compliance Works (2025)

The DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) for Compliance Works (2025) provides a range of statutory compliance works to support ENP Member/Licensees. These works are predominantly to social housing, private domestic properties, public sector and commercial buildings but may extend to other property types that are owned or managed by ENP members/licensees. Whilst the DPS would be UK wide, Contractors will be able to select particular regions that they operate in.
