Description

Provision of services to conduct HIMSS INFRAM assessments for the 3 acute trusts participating in the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaborative (NWAHC).

The service will include but is not restricted to:

Initiation meeting with the three trusts in attendance
Assessment Workshops x 3 (min) with each of the trusts
Initial AAT provided for each trust
Revision and final assessment provided for each trust
