Some sections of wall are missing/ damaged to spans
8-12. There is quite a bit of work required to the brick
end walls of spans 8-12.

The land adjacent to spans 8-12 is a little bit
overgrown, but easily accessible at the moment as the
vegetation has started to die down. We believe there
is hardened ground below, or at least there was in
1994. it's just built up with vegetation and debris
overtime. The contractor is required to excavate down
to hardened ground to give us a 2m clear strip
adjacent to the structure.
