Description
The London Borough of Hackney Children & Families Service is pleased to invite bids from suitably qualified organisations for the supply of a Immigration Advice and Support service. The Service will be provided through casework support, specialist immigration advice and/or second-tier advice and signposting. The service works with families who have no recourse to public funds who are in receipt of section 17 support from Hackney Children and Families Services, in order to support the timely resolution of their immigration issues. We will be seeking to engage a specialist organisation who will provide a worker who is qualified at OISC level 1 or above for a minimum of 2.5 days per week, to provide casework support, specialist immigration advice, and/or second-tier advice and signposting to families that are referred to them by the Council's No Recourse to Public Funds Team. The Contract will be awarded for three (3) years starting 01st August 2025 with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years in increments of one year. The Council anticipates that the Transfer of Undertakings (TUPE) may apply to this contract. TUPE Information will be made available upon request. The Council is undertaking this tender process via its electronic (e) tendering portal, the London Tenders Portal [LTP]. Tender documents may be obtained by download from the LTP. The closing date for expressions of interest is Thursday 13th March 2025 12pm Midday
