Description

Newport City Homes Housing Association Limited (“NCH”) requires a programme of works to be delivered for Kitchens, Bathrooms and Rewires (WHQS) over a four (4) year period to improve housing stock. This will require works to be undertaken to tenanted properties.
Installation of Kitchens and Bathrooms and rewires (“the Works”) will include delivery of scheduled Works, and the appointed contractors (“the Contractor”) will need to be suitably qualified and competent to deliver these Works and be able to demonstrate this within the tender return.

TD2236 - Electrical Equipment & Fixed Wire Testing Services

Derby City Council (the Council) is undertaking this procurement to establish a contract for electrical equipment and fixed wire testing. The procurement process adopted by the Council is based on the 'Open' tendering procedure as detailed in the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The initial contract period is two (2) years; the contract is estimated to commence on Tuesday 1st July 2025 and expire on Wednesday 30th June 2027. There will be an option to extend the contract for three (3) years in annual increments, subject to satisfactory performance and business needs. The maximum contract period is five (5) years. Bidders should note that as procurement has commenced before 24th February 2025, it is and will continue to be regulated by the Public Contract Regulations 2015 and not The Procurement Act 2023. This includes where any modifications are made to the contract on or after 24th February 2025. Please note suppliers wishing to express interest and obtain the documentation must do so by 12:00 on Sunday 6th April 2025. Kitchens & Bathrooms Programme

Trivallis are seeking to appoint experienced contractors to undertake the installation and renewal of kitchens and bathrooms, along with all associated works and delivery of wellbeing initiatives. The associated elements include, but shall not be limited to; I. Kitchen renewals II. Bathroom renewals III. Walk in showers IV. WC’s V. Rewiring Works under this contract will be carried out as a result of stock condition surveys which will identify the kitchens and bathrooms in Trivallis properties as having reached the end of their life cycle. The works will be carried out at properties owned by Trivallis, situated in the geographical area of Rhondda Cynon Taff and any future areas. This tender exercise aims to help Trivallis select a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of three (3) suitable partners to carry out the necessary works and services. Trivallis intends to award contracts to the top two (2) ranked bidders in the tender process and reserves the right to award each Lot to three (3) separate contractors pending evaluation of the tender bids. The contract will be split into 3 lots, the lotting structure can be found below; Lot 1 – Rhondda Area - Reference – PM170 Lot 2 – Cynon Area - Reference – PM171 Lot 3 – Taff Area - Reference – PM172 Note that Contractors are eligible to bid on all 3 lots, However, their success is limited to a maximum of two Lots.
