Established in 2004, Procurement for Housing (PfH) is a national procurement consortium dedicated to the social housing sector and supported by the National Housing Federation (NHF), Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and HouseMark.  Collectively our Members manage more than 75% of UK' social housing stock, with PfH helping them to achieve efficiency savings using a wide range of services including framework agreements, spend analyses, strategy reviews, consolidated billing and comprehensive reporting.PfH is a contracting authority under Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR 2015") and a central purchasing body under regulation 37 PCR 2015.Please refer to www.pfh.co.uk for additional information.

The Maritime and Coastguard Agency (MCA) is seeking a high-quality service provider to revolutionise the assessment process for Certificates of Competency (CoC) by delivering modernised, practical application-based examinations. Given the current volume of MCA CoC examinations approximately 2,000 Deck, 1,500 Engineer, and 70 ETO, the chosen provider must demonstrate capacity and robust quality assurance processes to handle this significant throughput while maintaining the highest standards of assessment integrity. Specifically, the service must cover the following safety-critical areas: • Deck Officers: Deck, Navigation, and Stability. • Marine Engineers: Engineering Knowledge, supplemented by Motor or Steam-specific content tailored to individual candidate sea service experience. • Electro-Technical Officers (ETOs): Electrical Safety. The MCA requires a service that not only meets but exceeds current standards, ensuring the future generation of maritime professionals are equipped with the practical skills and knowledge necessary for safe and effective operations. This investment in modernised assessment will significantly enhance maritime safety and contribute to the UK's leading role in international maritime standards.

NORTH NORTHAMPTONSHIRE DECARBONISATION BUSINESS AND COMMUNITY SUPPORT PROGRAMME 2025/26

North Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Supplier to deliver a decarbonisation support programme for both businesses and community groups in 2025/26. It is funded through the UKSPF.  The purpose of the commission is to develop, launch and deliver a programme dedicated to supporting meaningful decarbonisation and advancing the net-zero goals of North Northamptonshire for its businesses and community groups. Both strands of support should provide advice and guidance alongside expert support, including through online resources, workshops and 1:1 sessions. Businesses and community groups should be supported to develop a Carbon Reduction Plan. They should also be supported in developing applications to access grant funding opportunities. The programme should support 50 businesses and 30 community groups. The programme will run until January 2026
