Description

Contracts for services to procure data to monitor and develop the reduction and reformulation programme. Data is also used to support implementation of legislation i.e. price promotions.

Contract term/duration is extended by a period of 5 months, until 1st June 2025, This also updates the Form of Contract and varies the date from 1st February 2025 to 1st June 2025. 

The variation has been requested by the authority in order to provide the deliverable(s) by the Contractor to the Authority between 1st February 2025 and 1st June 2025 as part of the Services (and, for avoidance of doubt, all such Deliverables are the Contractor's Background Intellectual Property), and other applicable details including the corresponding Specification, expected delivery dates, applicable Contract Price and the respective invoicing schedule.
