Description

Programme management support and stakeholder management support to enable the delivery and implementation of the Improvement Plan for Programme Controls (IPPC).  Day-to-day activity will focus on elements of the IPPC that require strategic alignment, management of senior stakeholders, integration of HS2 teams and robust process implementation and management.

The purpose of this ITT is to assist ORE Catapult in establishing a 4FOR Consultancy Services for Business Excellence Framework Agreement. The Consultant shall fulfil the role of the Business Excellence Industrial Advisor (BEIA) for the F4OR Northeast England programme.
