Description

We have 10x Lead Administrator and 10x Case Officer vacancies within our Compliance & Enforcement Group. The successful agency will: Advertise and market the vacancies on behalf of TPR. Manage all applications and screening calls. Manage candidate communications and keep warm activities. Co-ordinate interviews. Provide insights and reports during weekly recruitment check-ins. 
We are working to a deadline of April the 28th for new starters with the recruitment work starting in February. 

V1 TCV £50k inc VAT Contract start date 03/02/2025, lasting for 6 months. No extension option available

West Northamptonshire Council (WNC) seeks experienced delivery partners to implement the South Midlands Connect to Work Programme in West Northamptonshire. Information on the Connect to Work Grant Guidance for England can be found here - https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/connect-to-work/connect-to-work-grant-guidance-for-england Connect to Work is a Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) initiative supporting people with disabilities or long-term health conditions to find and sustain employment. It forms part of the UK Government’s Get Britain Working strategy to reduce economic inactivity and promote inclusive growth. The Connect to Work programme aims to support 1565 economically inactive residents in West Northamptonshire over the next five years by delivering personalised support, including employability training, confidence building, and workplace adjustment advice, increasing awareness and access to local job opportunities, identifying and addressing barriers to employment for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions, reducing economic inactivity and reliance on other services through sustained employment, promoting diversity and inclusion among local employers and working collaboratively with other South Midlands local authorities. This funding is allocated to the South Midlands Partnership region. WNC is the accountable body for Bedford Borough, Central Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, North Northamptonshire, and West Northamptonshire. This tender relates specifically to West Northamptonshire.

Connect to Work Sheffield: Individual Placement and Support (IPS) supported employment for disadvantaged groups

Delivery of a cohort-specific IPS provision to (non-health) residents who are eligible and suitable for support on the Connect to Work programme. Groups have been specified broadly as: carers, refugees, veterans, ex-offenders, homeless people, young people at risk, victims of domestic violence, victims of modern slavery. It is anticipated that 9 individual contracts will be awarded. Each individual contract is valued at £217,416 ex VAT for the full contract term. Each contract has deliverable of supporting 90 out of work and 20 in work participants leading to job outcomes of 45 for out of work starts and 16 for retention of in work starts. This contract s funded by the UK Government through Connect to Work and Economic Trailblazer.
