Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced entities to provide the following:
— planned maintenance, including remedial works;
— reactive maintenance; (365 Days plus Out of Hours)
— delivery of minor improvement works for:
(i) air conditioning,
(ii) air handling,
(iii) air source heat pumps,
(iv) chiller units,
(v) kitchen fans and extraction,
(vi) geothermal heat pump.

However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. A Fire Engineering and Inspections Framework is being established to support MTVH's building safety remediation programme. There are 2 Lots with scopes to provide Fire engineering, Design and Consultancy in Lot 1; and Inspections in Lot 2. The remediation programme comprises numerous blocks, and additional services may be required throughout the MTVH portfolio.
