Special Manager Panel: Supporting the Official Receiver in complex Insolvencies

Description

The Official Receiver (OR), an employee of the Insolvency Service but acting independent from Government as a liquidator can in certain circumstances require the support of special managers to support with large scale liquidations/complex insolvencies.

Often referred to as National Interest Cases (NIC), the Official Receiver requires to have in a place a NIC Panel of special managers to be available to support as required within these activities
