You are invited to tender for the provision of Dog Warden and Kennelling Services for Breckland District Council.The Council has no facilities for Kennelling stray dogs and has previously contracted for kennelling services, as part of its wider animal warden services.As part of the kennelling arrangement a collection service is provided on normal working weekdays (by prior arrangement). This contract is designed to allow the Council to discharge the duties of stray dog collection and detention, reception and collection facilities and provision of facilities for the subsequent care and kennelling to a Third-Party Contractor. The Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced organisation to provide a stray dog collection service for both daytime and out of hours, within the Borough of Sefton. The Day Service will be delivered between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and the Out of Hours Service will be delivered between the hours of 5pm and 9pm Monday to Friday and 10am - 4pm, Saturday and Sunday and bank holidays.
