The Transpennine Route Upgrade Programme (TRU) has a requirement for a Programme Partner to support the Employer in the management and the delivery of the TRU Programme working across support services and functions within the PMO as well as the TRU delivery projects. 

        
The Programme Partner will collaborate with the Employer to form a seamless and high performing, integrated Programme delivery team. This integrated team will work together to manage the delivery of the Programme. The Programme Partner and the Employer will have common aims and objectives and will work to a common management plan to enable the successful delivery of the Programme.

School Minor Works Programme 2025 - Professional Services and Condition Survey

Lewisham is seeking a Consultant to conduct condition surveys of a number of schools in the Borough and to also provide professional services in the form of a surveyor led multi-disciplinary team to design and provide project management for the School Minor Works Programme 2026 to 2029. The contract will be between the successful Tenderer and the Council for the period of 4 years, with a 12 month break clause, which means the contract can be terminated by the Employer on or around each anniversary of the date of the Agreement, and an option to extend by one year, both at the sole discretion of the Council. The service requires: Detailed inspection and condition surveys of all school buildings (including caretakers’ houses), boundaries and other outside areas which comprise the capital elements of the landlord’s responsibility Collection and recording of detailed condition and lifecycle costing information The preparation of written reports for the Council, including: Individual reports on each school A Capital Programme report providing an indicative annual programme of works to be undertaken by the London Borough of Lewisham over the next four (4) years. These works will have an estimated budget of £3 million The programme of works should cover priority capital repairs and replacement works to be carried out over the following four years: 2026,2027, 2028 and 2029.

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. The Experts by Experience contracts are key mechanisms used by CQC to achieve this. Lot 1 CQC Experts by Experience Services: this lot is for support to regulatory activity conducted by subject matter experts with lived experience of specific healthcare or social care needs. Lot 2 CQC Public Engagement Network: this lot is for developing and maintaining and expanding the public engagement network and organising related events. CQC is conducting this procurement using the Restricted Procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. This is a two-stage process. Suppliers must submit a completed Supplier Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and supporting documents by 3 April 2025 at 12:00 noon.
