WMCA are seeking a consultant to undertake a systematic review of the operation of the Private Rented Sector (PRS) across the West Midlands Combined Authority Region with specific reference to how we might work with Local Authorities and landlords to maximise the positive impact of the sector on reducing homelessness and the risk of homelessness.
The contract was awarded following a competitive quotation and will have a duration of 3 months, expiring on 31st March 2025.
