Description

This project is required to undertake the refurbishment works to 
the residential block in Owbridge Court. The work involved in this project includes the following scope of works:
- Replacement of UPVC windows  (including some builders work to internal walls at low level flats).
- Replacement of front door .
- Construct new ceiling and upgrade thermal and acoustic insulation  (ground floor)
- Replacement of the M&E systems  including full rewire, heating, hot water, drainage and ventilation works.

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from interested organisations to provide an Adaptations to a residential property in Hull - Erection of:- Rear flat roofed bed//wet room extension (5.75m long x 3.87m wide x 2.85m (high). The Authority has estimated the value of the Works to be £72,000.00 overall.
