Description

In November 2017, the telecoms industry announced an intention to withdraw services based on old analogue networks, specifically the Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) and the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN). SFRS currently use these services extensively for delivery of 999 telephony, corporate telephony, and operational mobilisation.  Services being withdrawn by this initiative will be replaced by digital alternatives based on a modern fibre infrastructure.

Leeds Federated is seeking to appoint a suitably skilled and experienced contact centre management system provider to supply and maintain an effective inbound and outbound communications platform. Leeds Federated currently have a small but growing Customer Service team with 12 users including operatives, staff with supervisory system access, and a contact centre manager. Telephony and Communication Services Dynamic Purchasing System

The Authority is exercising its option to extend its collaborative Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Telephony And Communication Services for an additional 12 months until 27 March 2026. The DPS comprises of two lots: Lot 1 - Telephony and Communication Services Lot 2 - Enterprise Bundled Services The DPS will remain open for new suppliers to apply to join.
