NOE CPC re-opened the framework agreement for the provision of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Educational Services, including Apprenticeships.<br/><br/>This framework agreement would provide a flexible vehicle to contract with providers for a range of services, which would reflect over time the needs of Participating Authorities.<br/><br/>In addition to the obligations contained within this document, all providers to all Lots were advised that, upon request by a Participating Authority, they might be required to share their educational quality assurance processes and inspection reports (such as OfSTED) and any actions in place as a result of inspections, and were required to support this request.<br/><br/>Please note that suppliers already appointed to this Framework Agreement under the following references were not required to re-apply.<br/><br/>C47023 C95027 C104735 C123717 C190215 C233690<br/><br/>Should an appointed supplier wish to bid for a Lot that they were not already appointed to, they were asked to express interest in this project - C293465

The British Council is looking for Partner Testing Points (PTPs) to deliver IELTS on Computer test sessions in the following countries: Cambodia, Hongkong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Taiwan, Thailand, Vietnam Please note, we are seeking Partner Testing Points in Major Cities only. About IELTS: IELTS is a high stakes English Language test which is accepted by more than 12000 organisations worldwide. IELTS is trusted because of its reliable content and secure delivery. Tests are subject to clear rules and requirements around the quality of the test environment, the security of the test and the actions of test day staff. The test consists of a 3-hour written test taken on computer and a 15-minute speaking exam, delivered via the internet. Tests usually start at 9am or 1pm and can be scheduled for any day of the week, although some days, especially Saturdays are more popular. What is a PTP: As a Partner Testing Point, you would be responsible for delivering scheduled IELTS tests at times and on dates agreed with British Council. To do this, you will need to supply: o a computer testing room, o at least one room set up for online speaking tests, o secure storage for test materials and candidate belongings. o a waiting area, o appropriate staff to manage the test preparation and delivery.
