Description

Suffolk County Council is seeking quotations for the provision of a Health Education England accredited training provider who can deliver the Tier 2 Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training on Learning Disabilities and Autism (LD&A) for our practitioners working in Suffolk County Council (SCC) Adult Social Care (ASC) and Children and Young People (CYP) services.

      Procurement Policy Note 09/21 requires us to calculate the value of contracts inclusive of VAT, however we can advertise them exclusive of VAT.  The advertised value here is £22,000  exclusive of VAT.
      
      The deadline for quotation submissions is 21st January 2025 at 12noon. Please note late returns will NOT be permitted.
      
      The deadline for clarification questions is 10th January 2025 by 4pm which must be generated via the correspondence option on the website

The Connect to Work programme aims to support 1565 economically inactive residents in West Northamptonshire over the next five years by delivering personalised support, including employability training, confidence building, and workplace adjustment advice, increasing awareness and access to local job opportunities, identifying and addressing barriers to employment for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions, reducing economic inactivity and reliance on other services through sustained employment, promoting diversity and inclusion among local employers and working collaboratively with other South Midlands local authorities. This funding is allocated to the South Midlands Partnership region.
